Paper Submissions

Submission (via email):

Original unpublished abstracts / extended abstracts / partially completed papers or full papers are invited. Manuscripts must be written in English.

Submissions should be made via e-mail to Tao Ju (), and should contain:
Title
Authors
Abstract, extended abstract, partial paper or full paper(as a PDF)
(Optional) Supplemental video or images (Please use MPEG, DivX, JPG, or PDF)
(Optional) Reviewer guidance (i.e., where reviewers should focus feedback)
(Optional) Preferred presentation type (Long / Short see below for details)
(Optional) Available presentation times (e.g., if you plan to arrive after 8am Saturday or leave before Sunday noon)

Presentations:

While the durations for each presentation type has not been decided as yet, please indicate the type of your submission to help us determine the duration of your talk..

A "Long" presentation should ideally represent at least 1/3 of a written paper with some preliminary results while,
a "Short" presentation would represent an idea for a paper-to-be or is a discussion of open problems.

Depending on scheduling limitations (e.g., too many or too few submissions), we may schedule you for a shorter or longer period. Please check the workshop program when it is posted.

Reviewing requirement:

Please expect to review two (2) submissions from fellow attendees.
